Regarding the Rocket Parachute Flares KP-16 manufactured by Kokusai Kakoh Co., Ltd., (Japan), we, Kokusai Kakoh, hereby issue a recall for the above item due to performance concerns.

We will be voluntarily offering to replace the Rocket Parachute Flares KP-16 with Comet Red Parachute Signal Rocket made by WesCom Signal & Rescue outside of Japan.

１．Items: Rocket Parachute Flares Type：KP-16 (made by Kokusai Kakoh Co., Ltd.)
２．Subject to Manufacturing date: February, 2021 to July, 2024
３．Issue: There are some concerns regarding the specified altitude and burning time when fired.
※Under normal storage conditions, there is no possibility of ignition or spontaneous combustion.
